Last night I had a dream that Steve Guttenberg and I were both enrolled in the “Canadian Photography” MFA program at West Virginia University. Many of you may not know this, but WVU has the number one Canadian photography class in the United States. Dream me is very talented. Anyway, while discussing the best way to photograph the Ramparts of Quebec City with our professor, Steve Guttenberg stole my car. To make matters even worse the car in question had Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s wedding portrait airbrushed on the hood of the car and I was really concerned Guttenberg was going to have the car stripped and the hood would be sold to members of Irish Mafia. Knowing that I was going to need back up to recover my car, I pulled out my cell phone and called JLo, because of when you are pursuing an auto thief, the first person you should call is Jenny from the block. At this point I must have woken up and wrote, “I fucking hate Steve Guttenberg” on a piece of paper, because when my alarm went off this morning I discovered said piece of paper resting comfortably on the pillow next to me.
PS - If any of you know a good airbrushing artist, please let me know. I would be interested in discussing rates for getting Mariah Carey airbrushed onto the hood of my car. Thanks.
